Yeah. So how do we like the deck? We absolutely love it. We initially signed up with a a company back in May of twenty twenty two. It was a really bad experience. It has been a rough journey that lasted about a year. We paid our deposit. We got our old deck demoed after about seven months. And then in December, let them know what had happened, let them know that we were ready to move forward. Let them know what had happened, let them know that we were ready to move forward, with somebody different and somebody much better. From start to finish, the communication, the eagerness to help us, it has been the most smooth process that I could have imagined. They were just extremely friendly. One thing that I that kinda stood out to me was after every night, I would get a text from, from Jason. He would just let me know what they did, take pictures, you know, send me progress updates. And I thought that was a kind of a nice personal touch that you probably don't get elsewhere or or maybe not as often. I would refer them to anybody and would openly, you know, advocate to to bring on Green Shield because the experience has been awesome. It was the best decision we could have made.

My name's Ricky. This is my wife, Danielle. We're in Grand Rapids, Michigan. We've had our amazing deck for the last two weeks. Our deck was pretty, beat up. I would say that it was starting to erode, and we were worried about some safety So it So it was very unsafe. And we wanted to rebuild with a deck that was modernized to kind of go with some the upgrades that we had done to our home in the last four years. So Greg came to our house and he was so nice. We had a lot of questions and he was able to go over all of the information with us. Another thing with the deck design is when Greg came over, he even just as simple as drawing it out on a piece of graph paper, just seeing in my head how it was gonna look was extremely helpful. He even had some really good pointers such as bumping the deck out a little bit further because it used to be flush with the house, so now we are able to stand out and look overlook the backyard. Also, he let us know about some of the features that you have such as the safety gate for when our sun is crawling around out here. We were able to, put that in, and we have that really nice header beam down underneath so that we didn't have to drop any beams down in the middle of the walkway, so that was good. Leading up to the build, we were pleasantly surprised with actually how fast it went, and so they kept us informed and said, hey, we're gonna be out there a lot sooner than we thought. And, Taylor and his crew came out and took a look at everything, made sure all the materials were good to go, and they started the next morning. It definitely surprised us that there were so many options for us to choose from. We really were able to customize it exactly how we wanted it. Especially now that we have this new deck in this summer, comparing it to our old deck, obviously, we didn't really feel comfortable going on with that deck. Whereas now, we have this beautiful new deck, maintenance free. We won't have to stain it this summer. We won't have to paint the spindles. We can come out and grill out here, just sit out here and enjoy time together.
