• Unobstructed Engineering: We utilized bronze aluminum frame glass rails to provide the bridge between safety and a clear view. By using glass, we’ve ensured the homeowner’s line of sight remains open, while the bronze framing perfectly complements the warm, earthy tones of the Tigerwood.
• KDAT Foundation: A deck of this complexity demands a superior skeleton. Built on a KDAT (Kiln Dried After Treatment) structural frame, this foundation is pre-shrunk to prevent the structural shifting that would otherwise cause glass panels to misalign or miters to gap.
